Résumé
Si la pratique des sports de nature est en croissance, notamment dans les espaces montagnards, cela n’est pas sans conséquence sur la faune sauvage emblématique de ces territoires. Des démarches de gestion concertée se mettent alors en place dans le but de proposer un partage de l’espace afin que chacun puisse profiter du milieu naturel, tout en le préservant. C’est notamment le cas de la démarche Biodiv’sports de montagne. Dans le cadre de cet article, nous nous intéressons à la construction d’accords et de compromis entre les différents acteurs (sportifs, naturalistes et gestionnaires d’espaces protégés) impliqués dans cette démarche. En nous appuyant sur la théorie de la justification, nous mettons à jour les argumentaires développés autour des usages justes et légitimes de la nature ainsi que les principes d’équivalence à la base d’un compromis entre les acteurs. Ce compromis met en jeu de nouveaux ressorts relationnels entre les acteurs, notamment lorsque les naturalistes ouvrent aux pratiquants un domaine qui leur est d’ordinaire strictement réservé. Ce processus aboutit à une gestion patrimoniale « en bien commun » de l’espace naturel.

Abstract
The increase of practice of outdoor sports, especially in mountain areas, could impact emblematic wildlife of these territories. Collaborative management approaches are developed in order to offer a sharing of space, so that everyone can enjoy the natural environment, while preserving it. This is particularly the case of the Biodiv'sports of mountain approach. The aim of this article is to analyse the construction of agreements and compromises between the different stakeholders (sportsmen, naturalists and protected areas’ managers) involved in this process. Based on the theory of justification, we show the arguments developed by the stakeholders about the legitimate uses of nature, as well as the equivalence principles underlying the compromise between the stakeholders. This compromise involves new relationships between the stakeholders. This process results in management "as a common" of the natural area.
